I'm celiac. this is regular gluten-y pasta. I'm making this because half this food will be frozen and given to someone who's recovering from surgery. GF pasta is fine most of the time but it turns to mush when reheated. Wish me luck!

when I'm cooking in bulk, i always save the vege offcuts to make stock. last time i fucked up with freezing the stock and cracked the jars but I've definitely learned my lesson this time
