I don't know if my maths is off or what, but I don't see how Athena provisioned capacity starts to benefit people at $100 a month? The shortest cheaper reservation is $0.3 x 24 DPUs X 8 hours, i.e. $57.60 for 8 hours usage, or $1751 per month? I think they mean $100 per day...
