Two lessons: 1) Don't trust anything from a truth-allergic administration and 2) How is the ICE war different from ethnic cleansing? (Thanks to Karen Attiah for the suggestion to entertain the idea.)

So am I reading this right? Is the appeals court is saying the feds have and should have the right to use *unnecessary* force against peaceful protesters? If so, doesn't the court's ruling directly violate the 1st Amendment?
