I've had three years of therapy to learn how to have some semblance of an enjoyable life with a suicidally-depressed partner. Most days I do okay but my god is it exhausting.

I never raised a moody, depressed teenager as a single parent, but my mom did, so this past 7 years feels a bit like karma.
