If you do one exercise, do squats! Even if you just do them with your bodyweight, a few sets of them every few days will absolutely help!

I started at just shy of 33 and the changes have been shocking. It takes some time, but just give your body the right hormones, eat/sleep/hydrate well, and exercise regularly, and you’ll be amazed at what you see. I know it sounds trite and cliché, but it really is never too late
