I mean that one properly called would have ended the game there soooo

Yeah that's what I was thinking they did fill the missing bat from losing Bo earlier.
January 16, 2026 at 5:29 PM
Question is what now

Clearly they wanted to keep Bo and/or get Tucker, Bo you can probably fill in from within although not as good, but Tucker was obviously a hole they saw in their lineup so do they find someone else or just hope that too can be filled from within just not as good

To the Mets, so somehow in the Kyle Tucker sweepstakes, only the Jays left empty handed... fortunately they've made great moves before that so they're still in good shape.

Still would have liked to see them get that big target guy

Same lol but still argh

Duuuuuude that's dope!

Fair, there's a lot of oooohs and ahhs. It's more a complimentary ambient noise than a bunch of marks getting themselves over on tv.

So in comparison it feels quieter haha cause it's less distracting

Like the best thing about those crowds is that silent focus is normal. Can/Am crowds often feel they need to make noise for the sake of noise

It's heaven for me, at any sport I'm usually locked in and quiet in intense focus on the action, only making noise when noise makes sense to make.

I love being able to go and just focus on the artistry and not worry about annoying chants. Reactions are organic and communal but never forced or inauthentic or self centered

Just stomps, claps, and when appropriate a name chant

Chanting Naito's name alongside 40k others in 2020 was a dream.

It was such a oh Tana is dead dead now haha

You knew that was it

Tana's slight I'm almost dead but not yet miniscule shoulder kick out right before that was probably a top 5 or 10 greatest kickout I've seen.

My first Korakuen show was Tequila Saya's retirement Ice Ribbon show, Manami Toyota wrestled for 40 seconds in Saya's retirement gauntlet, I saw Manami Toyota wrestle at my 1st Korakuen show!

My 2nd Korakuen show was the DDT/BJW NYE Tag Shuffle. I rung in 2020 in Korakuen Hall!

As you said magic!
December 11, 2025 at 7:16 AM
Omg yes, walking in there was like entering the Vatican of wrestling. I looked around and was like I'm inside history
December 11, 2025 at 7:10 AM
I'm not! I basically can't travel much anymore, and my 2020 17 wrestling shows in 8 days run was the greatest vacation of my life

So I get excited for you, and wrap myself in a nostalgia jaunt for my own trip.

Have a blast!

I used to love sliding the top of a 3.5 to make it snap over and over
November 24, 2025 at 2:14 AM
Though I'd wager if the harder shell 3.5 was first I doubt they'd have run with floppy disk as the name
November 24, 2025 at 2:03 AM
Ahh cool learn something new
November 24, 2025 at 1:58 AM
I think those came first and they got sturdier as they shrank but the naming convention stuck as a sort of origin habit
November 24, 2025 at 1:31 AM
Nah that's baseball
November 21, 2025 at 5:30 PM

November 13, 2025 at 5:29 PM
They're gonna fall back to earth next season. They're not getting back
November 2, 2025 at 4:43 AM
Figures the Jays would figure out a way to lose worse than getting swept lol
November 2, 2025 at 4:34 AM
Two games they blew on bad decisions. Fuck
