It’s hard to get out of severe depression, medication is a just a band aid in my opinion. I hope a pleasant surprise or turnaround happens in your life that changes the momentum.

You can have the opposite problem when creating art; you think it’s utterly perfect and have nothing but high expectations, then it is ignored because its only speaks to yourself and not others. Have the courage to be vulnerable in what you create, the works of others involved those feelings.
