Ace Combat 5 8/10. A meatier and more varied with its missions than its predecessor. Cool story and I like the squad mechanics. Its hard to say which one is better so far, once I beat zero, maybe I can decide. Also it's really funny they use a Puddle of Mudd song out of nowhere.

Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore 8/10. A short but fun romp through a cd-i zelda and youtube poop inspired game. It can be a bit confusing what you need to do to progress, but nothing too bad.

Xenoblade X DE 9/10 I beat the main game back in April but I haven't done chapter 13 yet. This game is great, combat is a continuation of 1's though adds a class system for some reason. Story is good, but the side quests are more the meat of the game's themes and narrative more than the main plot.

Kirby Air Riders 9/10. A sequel no one expected but lives up to the charm and fun of the original. Playing city trial online is so much fun. This will be a game I will want to pop in and play short bursts of every now and then.

Mario Kart World 8/10. 15/10 soundtrack. I liked the open world stuff, it's super chill and more engaging than just racing on the same courses over and over again to me.

Xenosaga 3 7/10. With this, I have beaten every Xeno game. I've heard that people like this the most of the trilogy, but I think 2 is the best. Combat has been simplified to pretty basic turn-based combat with no real interesting mechanics to it. Very good looking PS2 game though.

I thought I might actually replay hgss because of @chuggaaconroy.bsky.social let’s play and I decided to halfheartedly try to shiny hunt the starters until I got bored. And then I got this lil’ fella in I think under two dozen soft resets

Ace Combat 4 8/10. This must have been mind blowing in 2001. This game just feels great to play and control and it still visually holds up pretty darn well. I was surprised how easy the game was on normal compared to 7 and it's also really short, only took me like 3 hours. Great game for the time.

Uncharted the Lost Legacy 8/10. I played Uncharted 4 like 8 years ago, so I finally got around to playing the expansion. It's more Uncharted 4, so if you liked that, you'll like this. Beautiful looking game, even almost a decade later, we really did peak graphically 10 years ago, huh?

Uncharted the Lost Legacy 8/10. I played Uncharted 4 like 8 years ago, so I finally got around to playing the expansion. It's more Uncharted 4, so if you liked that, you'll like this. Beautiful looking game, even almost a decade later, we really did peak graphically 10 years ago, huh?
Sin & Punishment Start Successor 8/10. Man, the Wii was made for rail shooters like this. What an awesome game with rad visuals and amazing music. Really fun mechanics that keeps you on your toes. The game gets really hard, even on normal I only beat the first stage without dying.

Ghost of Yotei 9/10. I think both games are about equal, though I do like the story and Atsu as a character more. I played the game on hard, and wow, it kicked my butt a lot. parrying is way more strict in this one. Game looks gorgeous and I did a lot of nature photography in the photo mode.

No Sleep for Kaname Date 7/10. I was kinda worried about the fladnerization in this since Uchikoshi was not leading this, but was surprised at how little it was. Love the return of the Date and Aiba dynamic so much. Still keeps the laugh one minute and have your heart strings tugged the next.

No Sleep for Kaname Date 7/10. I was kinda worried about the fladnerization in this since Uchikoshi was not leading this, but was surprised at how little it was. Love the return of the Date and Aiba dynamic so much. Still keeps the laugh one minute and have your heart strings tugged the next.
Phoenix Write Ace Attorney Trilogy 9/10. I should have done these individually, but I played the first before I started doing this. I would put all 3 games pretty close to each other. Fun stories and writing, I love the way Write and Maya bounce off each other so well, and lots of heart in all 3.

Snake Pass 8/10. Fun little game, remember hearing goo thing about it when it came out and picked it up on a whim for $3. Very creative premise with fun and cozy levels that had a good difficulty curve with a really nice soundtrack. 11/10 for vibes.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow 7/10. I actually started this last year, but got lost and played other games. Good game, good music, collecting souls is annoying, though I didn't have much trouble getting the required ones.

Donkey Kong Bananza 9/10. As the follow up to Mario Odyssey, this game had a lot to live up to, and while I like odyssey more, I had a ton of fun with this game. Gameplay can be a bit simple with a lot of it being destroy, exploring levels with that in mind is quite addicting.

Okami 9.75/10. An absolutely beautiful game, an art style that holds up today, great gameplay (with some ps2 era jank) and an amazing soundtrack. There's a reason why this one is beloved to this day. This one was a bucket list game ever since I watched chugga's LP almost 15 years ago.

Ghost Trick: 9/10. What a fantastic little game; fun story and puzzles with loads of charm. I'm glad they rereleased this for modern platforms and gave this little DS game another chance.

Saints Row 6.5/10. The game's rough, but everything's gotta start somewhere. The game's buggy and performance is is rough, gameplay is stiff but there is an undeniable charm to it's simplicity as a GTA clone in 2006 on a new next gen console before it got its footing in the next game.

I reorganized my game collection because I foresaw that the current system was not going to be sustainable for much longer. This way I can stack higher while keeping alphabetical order

Metroid Fusion 8/10. While way more linear, and you can take way too much damage sometimes, it has great atmosphere, and a cool story.
