Stable, in that I’m working too much and am continually hovering just shy of burnout. The future is unclear but at least I should know what sort of hot mess it will become by the end of the year 🙃 Still not writing as much as I want, but perhaps I shouldn’t stay up until 4 am reading romance novels.

then my life imploded and my writing output tanked lol. Went from 50k+/mo average to like 20k and I’m still struggling with readjusting my mindset to being a slower paced writer.

In my defence, I was invited to the group because I mentioned on a discord server that I had an idea for an original fic—there was no expectation that I’d start submitted right away since we all knew I had zero words. We just… all thought it would be about a year and a half earlier than reality.

For whatever reason, I feel like shares (or whatever the fuck they’re called on this app) are spam on literally any platform that isn’t tumblr so I guess it’s like wow, now I have to have original thoughts? I can’t just silently share a dumb meme to my five mutuals? This feels like a lot of work.
