We typically update on overall status over socials and on our front page, so you'll be able to keep track of how close we are to finished with those orders. Thank you all for your understanding!

We ask for your understanding and patience during this incredibly busy time of the year. We also request that you don't ask for BF status updates until January 26th. Every inquiry we have to answer takes away from the time that we're actively pouring toys.

Finally, we move into the more complicated pours (Tri-color, Natural options, swirls, and Surprises). We're usually finished with Black Friday orders by late January. Return to normal lead times is dependent on order volume, which doesn't tend to slow down.

We have a whole bunch of Black Ice toys to do, so those will be our first focus.Then bulk pours of popular color and firmness combos, like Black and Blood Red and Equine Natural Markings. Then we'll move on to simple color and firmness splits.

At that point we'll be finishing most of the orders that pre-date the sale, though we are handling some sale items that can fit alongside those pours. These are mostly small items or toys in colors that were only ordered by a single person.

We process orders as efficiently as possible, starting by packaging and shipping orders that only have pre-made items. Those orders are currently in the mail and on the way to their new homes. There is a small production pause starting December 3rd, and production will resume on December 10th.

Thanks for your patience as we dealt with a few unexpected issues from our last upgrade. The cart reserve system is working properly now.

They do say pleasure and pain are two sides of the same coin! 😉

We like to use a soft-bristled brush or a natural loofah for our heavily textured toys. Those with some castille soap makes quick work of the job!
