No problem! At the end of the day 'AI' is mostly an annoying buzzword thrown around by business people trying to get money from investors. This was a pain in the ass even before the generative ai nightmare. Lots of "we want ai" from industry MBAs who have no idea what that even means.

I say this mostly to clarify that the label "ai" is mostly meaningless and has changed in use a lot over the years. It makes it very frustrating to communicate about because its so vague and everyone has a different idea on what it means.

Slight correction here but 'AI' as a term goes way back and is very broad. In the data science space ML has been considered a subset of AI for as long as its been around. This includes a lot of traditional statistical techniques that many would never think of as AI (regression).

If chinchou only has one fan it is me.

If there are no chinchou fans that means I am dead.
