It does seem that religion is often used as a device to try to move away from what they see as a bad version of themselves. This is why we see so many people "find religion" in prison. They think they are confronting their demons, but they are actually crawling into a fantasy.

What's with Christian fundamentalists and those crazy eyes? 😂

I enjoyed it!

I watch on Tubi, a free, ad-supported streaming service. They have a great selection, including quite a few Spanish and Italian horror movies from the 1960s and 1970s. And, of course, the Hammer and American International films that I love so much.

Impressive indeed. Is it Lego? Part Lego?

My wife and I just watched Misery on YouTube yesterday afternoon! We talked about some of the movies he's directed, as well as the company he co-founded: Castle Rock Entertainment. To read, just a couple of hours later, that he and wife had been murdered was really unsettling.

Well, that was an easy block.

One of my favorites. I watch it a few times per year. I do like the 2002 remake as well, but as you say in another comment, it fizzles out as you get further into the film. That being said, the 2002 Morlocks are far more terrifying! 1960 is still my favorite, though.

True. Bannon is particularly vile, though, because he is in league with people who want to turn my country into a theocracy, all while being an anti-American, pro-fascist grifter who should be sitting in a prison cell. Maybe some day.

Replacement should be easy, as the switch is a 2-pin through-hole design.

Weirdly, the left and right switches are different in terms of operating force. The right switch is 75gf, whereas the left is 130gf. A part of me wonders how using the "wrong" one would impact the feel.

The problem was twofold. I had a retaining pin for the scroll wheel cartridge rotated 90 degrees from where it should be, causing both tilt switches to be depressed. But the root cause is that the right tilt switch is actually worn out. I don't tend to side scroll, but I might replace it anyway.
