Abd if a judge backs down after threars instead of fighting this with the law, then she isn't right fir the top job in the first place. I don't blame her for retrieving, but it's reality. Someone needs to fill the job who will stand up to threats with all that the law has to counter this. End of.

In the job of a judge, especially supreme court, politician etc. you need a thick skin as threars to life is part of the job. It's reality that judges, politicians are under threat, that unfortunately comes with the job. It's not right & needs to be fought thoroughly under the law, but it's reality.

To be fair, the U.S. never had a fascist or tyrannical government, but Germany and other European countries have, that's Y those countries act fast. Same with Brazil, they had a tyrant before, so now acted quickly on Bolsonaro

Yes, and if a judge withdraws due to words, they might have not been right for the position in the 1st place. If a judge doesn't have thick skin, they should not be in the top job.

That's because Europe has seen & experienced fascism before, they know to act faster & with more manpower. Same with Brazil, they had a tyrant before, so they dealt with ex-prez Bolsonaro quick & thorough.

Also, get dash cams and doorbell cams. Wear GoPros when on bikes and get camera glasses. Have even several forms of cameras on you in case they snatch cell phones. Start using drones (where legally allowed) and film from above while being in a safer place away from ICE. Zoom in on licence plates etc
