it's so funny because when i saw the photo my first thought was "wow, what a happy family" and when i read the the text my smile simply vanished, i was grieving so hard, "he picked the happiest memory of them, life's so sad" it genuinely ruined my day (for a few seconds)!

being a brazilian learning spanish and following both spanish speakers and brazilians, i can relate to this so much. it always takes me a few words to get the tone right.

although we do sometimes say cácácá ironically, we're much closer to the jajaja style of laughing. you can actually watch wagner moura laugh in brazilian for a few minutes in the mr. and mrs. smith series. it does feel like kkkkk though.
