Real living Wage has never tracked NMW closely - NMW has jcaught up in the last few years.

And Real Living Wage is based on a single income l, living alone, outside of London (or any core city really), without children and non disabled. That's not most people. Or any (other) definition of average

It's soecifically automatically a form of unfair dismissal to fire someone for doing Jury Service, but not sure about withdrawing a job offer

Workers Rights is the perfect example of why this doesn't work. If you have an employment in your working life, a half remembered, simplified version of what your rights *were* at least a decade go (ignoring all the changes in technology and policy) isn't much use. In fact, it could be harmful!
