i like video games and programming
i really like that every single western state has exactly one river complex, smack dab in the middle of it, that doesn’t feed any lakes or oceans

like you can have a schism in Catholicism because its a single centralized organization that enforces dogmas upon member churches. you cannot have a schism in American Protestant Christianity. there is no central authority with which to disagree

what does that even look like. most American Christians already do not attend churches run by a single centralized organization. most American Christians already belong to a variety of sects with a variety of different dogmas. what would even be different about a schism versus now

its not enough to be barred from criticizing America the institution or America’s current and past actions. even America’s lame symbols must be exempt from aesthetic criticism

and then also forget parts of the D&D rulebook because they changed them in adaptation. reading for D&D newbies, confusion for D&D veterans. truly nobody wins

i mean. i was aware that moms make babies and generally need fathers to do it. like i had younger siblings so the mom part is impossible to hide, and “love each other very much” can cover dad’s role.

i was just told that God was Jesus’ dad, not joseph. so. not that complicated

they must be under the misapprehension that one of the twelve is “smooth motion” when actually you can fulfill all twelve with jerky motions

except for the ones like Kalshi that have managed to exempt themselves from gambling laws by getting classed as a financial exchange

i think Molina’s Doc Oc has some important “dad energy” that your typical Superman Parody character lacks. the quintessential dad may be strong, but he is not jacked like a movie star

the more obscure, the better?

monumentum is a momentum-based platformer with puzzle and rage elements. only $3.99 us and i enjoyed it quite a bit. it has 34 reviews on Steam

cmon what happened to the sublime mechanical experience of drifting around a corner in a racing game? what about the inherent artfulness in Mario 64’s varied, expansive, player-expressive moveset? is shooting guns and narrative really the only two ways in which a game can be good?

You keep disingenuously calling it “the Hitler game” as if there is a single “SEX with HITLER” title on Steam. There are five. This was in the original post. You don’t seem to be engaging in good faith.

the wisdom of crowds also requires that the guessers all be blind to each others’ guesses, which obviously a prediction market does not deliver

Motte: Steam has the legal right to choose which games to distribute

Bailey: You shouldn’t be mad if Steam refuses to distribute a game for no clear reason

you haven’t engaged any of the sex with hitler replies

its even stupider when the games not out yet. nobody but the freelance reviewers has played the game! you don’t get to say their scores are too high or too low or whatever

that’s a mask, silly

the editors note, inserted five years after the original publication, in which Mr. Pulitzer makes a claim that is easily refuted by looking at the image included in the article, is gold
