i think i need to like, get help? i kind of force myself to look at things i find disturbing so i build a “tolerance,” and then i end up crying like this and it kinda pisses me off. what got me was that the person i saw actually gave themself huge lacerations

I still get urges in the white room. I never know what they are. They drug me up until I don’t remember, until I’m still and calm. Until I don’t need the restraints.
