How does one overcome writers block?

I remember an artist told me that I switched my sound because “that’s what was hot right now” and though it’s been awhile, that comment alone has stuck with me. At the end of the day, I used it as fuel to continue my artistic journey and won’t let anyone’s opinion get in the way of my dreams.

Today marks 30 days since I’ve had alcohol, I haven’t gone thru this since 2019 and it feels nice

It's been a couple of months now since I've started therapy and let me tell you, it's been the best decision I've ever made. I've learned so much about myself, my traumas, learning tools, etc and has put me in such a good space mentally and physically. I highly encourage it if you can.
