i haven't, i believe these days usb headsets Just Work on consoles though and its a gaming headset and lists all the console in its compatibility chart

I have a SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 at/for work and its usb-c and monitors though

ive never heard of headphones with monitoring existing on a 3.5mm headset, pretty sure that feature would require circuitry which a 3.5mm jack from a pc couldn't power

id either get a external mic with monitoring (99% of mics) or ur gonna have to go usb(-c)
