It also has odd preferences for certain attacks. It sees Tackle, Stomp, and Strength as roughly interchangeable, but strictly prefers Body Slam over all three. On Volcarona, it sees Giga Drain, Hurricane, and Fiery Dance as interchangeable except that it strictly prefers Giga Drain to Fiery Dance.

It wouldn’t be useful to anyone. I had investigated it myself and thought there might at least be some table of data you could find, because it seems to give special preference to certain status moves like Substitute and Misty Terrain over other status moves like Calm Mind and Magic Room.
