It's tech fascism. There is nothing else these regulations accomplish except increased risk to identity exposure of the very same children they claim while enabling intrusive surveillance. These regulations protect. It's reliant on technological illiteracy and it's working.

Check out Olmo 3 from Allen AI. They are open source, and so is their training set. They even offer Olmo Trace to trace back to the exact underlying training data to see how an LLM arrived at its answer.

Same deal with AI. Many models are trained on ethically sourced training sets and not stolen data. But layman conflate it all.
