As #AD2021 is within the 5 year statue of limitation and was legitimised based on there being 'no available mechanism' to amend the classification, would you consider re-opening the case if a mechanism became available?

The '21 #F1 WDC was legitimised based on a lie that "there is no other mechanism in the rules for amending the race classification"

In Jan '24, ICA ruled on 'overriding authority' regarding Race Directors & the Safety Car; the regs MUST BE FULLY APPLIED (ICA-2023-03).
This contradicts the interpretation used by #AD2021 Stewards to dismiss the post race protest.

I contacted the person who started it asking them to support my petition to refer #AD2021 to ICA, hoping they would post an update to the 108k signatories.

The tenure is 4 years. A president cannot serve more than 3 tenures.
There is a concept of the president being 'permanently prevented from continuing in his duties' but I can't see any mention of what that could entail. It opens the possibility for a vote of no confidence by the General Assembly

Yes, but that was 6 years ago and Lewis actually drove over grass between the pit entry road and the circuit, having passed the pit bollard marker, rather than simply crossed some painted lines. Had he stayed on the tarmac he probably would not even have been reprimanded

This may be what you remember, from Germany 2018. Lewis recieved a reprimand. He left the track and went over the grass when he bailed out of his pit stop.

If I had a driver that was punished for doing it, I would protest the penalty as violating ISC article 2.1.3.b, preventing supplementary regulations from contradicting the ISC
