and it stopped loading, i tried to check if there was problems with my laptop or anything but windows security tells me everything is working fine, how do you fix this issue? :((

and after like 3-6 mins of the screen being black, it was working fine now and after a few hours, when i tried uploading something on neocities, i tried to click on a file in my file explorer and it wasn't loading????? my cursor was stuck on the loading thingy so i closed my file explorer 2/?
