I have a draft for a video on Fantozzi that I will eventually make since the way those movies have aged great and the way they are almost unknown to non-italian speakers is a tragedy, genuinely one of of the
most accurate and sad and hilarious portrayals of capitalism to be put on film

for context: this guy’s whole career in italian cinema has been one of the punching bag played for laughter

not even in an intellectual sort of way (that would be Villaggio with his portrayal of the wagie under capitalism with Fantozzi) but more like the crudest meanest slapstick and offensive shit

I am not used with handling these sorts of situations so if this seems weird I am sorry, I just wanted to clear this out clearly and publicly, that was genuinely my only goal, and yeah I don’t want anyone to harass anyone else, maybe I could have made that even clearer from the getgo, sorry again
