We have completed work on the conceptual design of an intimate commercial building located near the Warszawa-Radość station. The building is situated on a compact urban plot with an unusual geometry.

We supervised the execution of ground soil sampling for one of our three projects for M&P in Józefów. Despite the relatively short distance from the Vistula river bed the groundwater is located at a depth of 5m below ground level. Therefore, the construction of the underground floor is not at risk 👍🏼

In the vicinity of the picturesque Lake Łacha, near #Warsaw, there will be a restaurant, an elegant sales lounge with an atmospheric wine cellar, office spaces, and residential areas. The building in Józefów is currently one of three projects carried out by FAAB for M&P Pavlina.

2024 marks the 10th anniversary of the first living facade in #Warsaw. To commemorate the anniversary, FAAB commissioned a series of photographs to compare the building’s “growth”. The series, still ongoing, is testament to the beauty and power of nature in architecture.
