Always Blue. They hate who he hates and that’s enough for them. Now we are ALL in the Find Out Phase. Love my New York Mets! #LGM
Hence, the reason those players will never be offered or enticed into accepting deferred money.

Again, deferments are for the benefit of the clubs to circumvent the rules of salary caps.

The Dodgers will rue the day once all these contracts have to be paid ALONG with their current payroll.

Players have pensions that have nothing to do with their salaries.

And just like us, they can use their OWN salary for retirement savings.

Deferred money is done to help clubs stay under the salary cap.

They’re not thinking ‘Hey let’s defer this money for the players retirement.’

🙄

The Los Angeles Dodgers:

Kings of the deferred contracts.

One day, the chickens will gonna come home to roost.

In 15-20 years LA will have a $400 million dollar p/year payroll with no stars on their team because they will be busy paying the salaries of retired players.

Mark my words.

Enjoy!

LOL, I’ve been watching baseball since before you were a tadpole.

I saw the ‘69 Mets win the series

I’m an Alonso fan but I call it like I see it

He is Dave Kingman 2.0

You probably don’t even know who that is

Pete is HR or bust

Nothing else

Find a new sport cause you don’t know this one

You’re delusional

Read accounts of executives across MLB and that is EXACTLY how they describe Pete.

Besides, we’ve all seen his horrid base running.

He is the only player I’ve seen get thrown out on a sac fly by a relay LF to SS to C. TWICE!

He waddles around the bases, he doesn’t run.

Pete is one dimensional

HR or bust

He’s a below average defender, he’s slow and doesn’t run the bases well

The majority of his HR’s are when they’re up or down by a lot

Every once in a blue moon he’ll hit one out in a huge spot

He wants more than he’s worth

That is why he is still unsigned 🤷

This has got to be a blow to Pete.

Here he is, the biggest HR threat not named Judge and he can’t get anyone to flirt with him?

He’ll be a Met before New Year.

I agree.

The greatest leadoff hitter of all time.

What an athlete.

RIP Rickey

These athletes ‘sell’ their talents to the highest bidder.

Last season it was Ohtani deferring practically his entire 700 million dollar contract.

The market allowed this.

Soto is a generational talent.

Right place right time.

Don’t hate cause he got paid.
December 10, 2024 at 12:58 AM
I guess you haven’t heard about Ohtani’s 700 million dollars deferred contract.

I think this is a good pickup

It’s been slow going but they’ve signed Montas, Siri and are getting Holmes.

Not bad so far.

Big ticket items coming up real soon.

Thank you my brother.

Appreciate the time you take to make these lists.

💯

If you were able to follow back 1000 accounts in 1 hour there is obviously no limit.

Those are excuses people use not to follow others back.

Because they feel their voices are superior.

I never follow accounts that are huge and have few follow backs in comparison.

Too bad you couldn’t be bothered to follow back.

Ego and hubris.
