When I read papers published by that group of people, they caveated very heavily their results. There were serious problems with their data collection and interpretation of results. And it's always the exact same person in the Guardian promoting their work. I stopped taking their work seriously.

I have no complaints about the 20mph limits in cities. It's the redistribution of traffic that disproportionally disadvantages people who live on the boundaries of LTNs that I find very problematic.

Have you actually read the paper yourself? Generally, these articles are authored by the exact same people and are VERY heavily caveated... I'd interpret those results with a lot of caution.
