It's fantastic. Ichiban is impossible not to love. The whole cast of like a dragon and Infinite Wealth are awesome.

One of my all time favorite series for sure. Like a Dragon is a great place to start, even though people will say otherwise. Especially if you prefer turn based combat.

I guess the issue is that they pivoted from "survival horror" to "action" or whatnot, but as someone who CANNOT play FPS games, I really appreciate having a well made third person shooter that I can get into. FPS always made me nauseous lol

Yeah, we beat it many years ago and decided to do another play through on a harder difficulty. It's pretty fucking great, honestly. Idk why it got shit on so much. I guess because it stepped away from the usual format of the RE titles, but it's tough to find co-op games that are this enjoyable tbh
