I’m pretty sure their faculty can do it just fine. But they should harness the social and financial capital of their alumni to resist this administration.

Unless you’re talking about Ed Martin who may be a lawyer but hopefully not for long if he keeps behaving unethically.

He repeats that they are a religious school several times to emphasize the point that it is not just a free speech issue but a religious freedom one, too. It also makes more sense if you see the letter DC’s interim AG sent him.
