My wife'a friend was in the SAS. He was captured and tortured in Afghanistan. He was definitely on the front line.

Actually talking rubbish. It was dogsh!t for years. For no apparent reason Beavis and Butthead bought into it when their dad took office. Immediate 250% return....400% for 2025. What are the regulators doing??

Beginning to think there's market manipulatiom/insider trading going on. Donald and Eric bought shares in Dominari Holdings - listed investment vehicle. In the 1 year since Trump took office it has returned 190%.........

I'm led to believe Barnton is more creepy, as it wasn't maintained so much as a museum. But I haven't been to Kelvedon so can't compare myself.

EVEN if Trump is right that Denmark couldn't repel China/Russia alone, the entire point is they are a Nato nation. Article 5 means all Nato would defend it. It's gibberish.

Point 17 is something I genuinely haven't considered before now. All great having machines producing everything, but useless if nobody has income to buy what they are producing.

It's not really a question of funding. It's more about what happens when you apply an inorganic increase on demand. Naturally, prices (could) increase. There probably would need some mechanism to cap prices in response - although given where staple goods are now, that might be required anyway.

UBI is probably inevitable. There's no way social systems can survive the AI revolution without it. The issue is how it can be implemented without massive inflationary impact. And I suspect that will only come from controlled pricing of staple goods (at minimum).
