Yes, but it has a nice DE, and I think someone who wants to try Linux for the first time will be more interested in the easy-to-use UI and then learning how to use Linux (That's how I used Linux for the first time 😬). But I'm really waiting for cosmic DE to be released. Sorry for my bad English ✌️.
