Yeah, and with the price of groceries today I claimed $100 loss on my taxes

Even worse when you find a bag of groceries in the trunk of the car a week later.....in July

It is safe to assume since you posted this, that you are well to the south of me. We would have just said "Oops" and put it in the fridge in the morning

They sent him to the one place he could not go for fear of his life. Now they can't locate him in a prison they paid to take him? Sadly, I think he's dead

You told her no?

4) Does the child need to walk to the nearest US Customs station and show his passport to collect his ball from his neighbour's lawn? Or if his neighbour kicks it back across the road do they need to pay a tariff?

3) So what happens next? Do Canadian drivers have to pass through US customs to drive through or will they make the 2km stretch or street one-way?
March 23, 2025 at 3:18 AM
2) If we drive West we are in Canada, if we come back on the same street heading East we are in the US. If the Canadian child on one side kicks a ball across the street he has to enter the US to retrieve it (and vice versa.)

1) We know that library and location well. But it could get worse. Just down the road the border literally runs down the middle of the street.

We always did
March 20, 2025 at 2:55 AM
I KNEW you would like that one. I'm still singing it (in my head, no one wants to hear me sing)
March 20, 2025 at 2:14 AM
And Britain is still paying the US back for materials sent to them in 1940-1941 under "Lend-Lease"

I hope you're right about this. But what I am seeing is that the provinces are not united. Alberta and Saskatchewan are not prepared to play their "Trump" cards. Ontario threatens then caves, and here in Québec? Almost complete silence even though we can turn the entire
Eastern Seaboard dark

It's an excellent first step
March 13, 2025 at 3:17 AM
I saw that and my first reaction was WTF?! The world is upside-down
March 8, 2025 at 3:51 AM
Well, he chose it himself because of recent fuck-ups with lethal injections. But even after saying this, as the only Western Democracy which still has a death penalty, the US should be very proud (not!) again

Better than my cigarette/cellphone holders. Though I will admit there might be a lifesaver or two in there as well

"Bourbon" is a pretty name, sounds smooth and silky. But in reality it's harsh as fuck. Give me a nice rye (Crown Royal) or even better, Canadian Maple Whiskey!
March 7, 2025 at 4:12 AM
Looks SUPER yummy! But (and this is a small but) as a Canadian I will argue that all connotations of pizza require the cheese to go on the TOP
March 7, 2025 at 4:06 AM
Because he does not care about alliances. Trudeau was correct with his win-lose, win-win comparison. International politics is not business
March 7, 2025 at 3:57 AM
Sorry it was a bad day (for both of you.) Hope you have a restful night and tomorrow is brighter
March 7, 2025 at 3:31 AM
Hang on to them. They're going up in value every day. Better than Bitcoin!

Congratulations on your work anniversary

Sorry to hear you are having those issues, Ms Lastname.
BTW, much of my mail comes addressed to Mrs Firstname Lastname, because my first name is unpronounceable and unheard of in French. But I am definitely not a Mrs.....I have checked repeatedly
