the 2nd photo is dark bc she got spayed yesterday & is recovering in her own private room on a cozy lil heated blanket so I didn’t want to bother her by turning the light on

for her to let me move her from her cage to the new room today AND relax & purr while being pet… there’s hope for her yet 🥹

honestly I think that’s a completely normal and human way to feel. it’s like any other thing: you see ppl achieving a goal you also have, and while you’re happy for them, you also can’t help but be a bit jealous. I don’t think you have anything you need to feel guilty about 🫂

ME/CFS, fibro, POTS, endometriosis, etc. I really think they could have cures for or at least better treatments were it not for medical misogyny. pain and fatigue are always dismissed as ~ hysterics ~

I’ve had POTS since birth. fainted so many times I don’t even remember the first time. a LOT of ppl (mostly women) developed it after COVID. I TRULY believe that given the type of condition it is, POTS and many other dysautonomic conditions could be cured if the desire to research it were there.

I love The Pitt. from both personal and professional experience their portrayal of mental illness/neurodivergency/addiction are so incredibly accurate.
