Yeah that guy's a real pain in the ass. Best advice I can give is to try and stay *right underneath it* and then just brute force it down. Two gatling guns to get through the shields and then laser cannons on the shoulders for a burst of damage works well. But it will still take luck. You got this!

If you've gotten far enough in the story to get it, the stun needle launcher is great against practically every boss. One on each shoulder is even better
