Aurora the Caribbean Reef Octopus, she is painted with acrylics and hand sculpted from cosclay over an extensive wire armature. "Aurora" is a hand sculpted, highly detailed octopus sculpture made from clay and painted with acrylics. She is textured in appearance, with intricate bluish green paint work, overlaid with a dark maroon webbed pattern. Each of the octopus's arms are fully detailed with two neat rows of carefully sculpted suckers.

Every artist I’ve ever known has this itch to create that won’t go away until they create. They have to do it.

It’s why I know the “finally, someone like me can make art” AI users are full of shit. What they really mean is “finally, a way to get social media likes without hard work”.

I don't blabber about it too much but I still occasionally illustrate beer labels. I still really like this one I did earlier in the summer. It's the only sort of art that I do completely digitally.
