Today, 11 Republicans & 4 Dems are competing in primaries for TN’s vacant 7th Congressional Dist.

With such crowded fields, nominees for both parties may win their primary w/ less than 50% of the vote.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams ended his reelection bid over fears he’d spoil the mayoral race.

Even with Eric Adams dropping out of the NYC mayoral race, voters will still have to worry about the “spoiler” problem with 5 other candidates remaining in the race.

NYC could solve this by using #RankedChoiceVoting in general elections, like it already does in primaries.
