The Boss™️ and his buddy joined me for a morning walk to gather drainage pebbles. Then I found some wild blackberries (?) and planted a young one in the yard. Last night a pawpaw tree made it to the swale, but I will need at least another if I want fruit, apparently.

Rain. The diverter and swale are performing as intended, and I haven’t yet killed the apple tree. The dogs are smarter than their master.

Amazing how many hundreds of yards of vines have to be pulled up to liberate 15 feet of lawn.
