It shouldn't matter if the VTuber is partnered, independent, has Millions of followers or even just One and know viewers. At the end of the day, we are living, breathing beings that deserve respect, not objectification, and certainly not the sad treatment of emotional convenience

Because of this, and the drama, blind hatred, and at times, unnecessary, amount of anger, stress and frustration I have seen lashed out at people to extremes that are blatantly disgusting, I am choosing to change myself and my image.

To summarize it bluntly? I don't even recognize Xeshire anymore. I tried so hard to please others, that I neglected myself. So, I am planning to redesign a new Xeshire that isn't afraid anymore. How can I promote freedom of speech, if I am too scared to do it myself, anyway?
