Amazing you broke through tbh. Once I got handed off to Marriott’s “Elite rep” line and sat on hold another 20 minutes, I went into self-serve mode with Booking.com. I’m now taking a train in from the burbs, but was able to preserve precious game buying budget.

Years ago flying from New York to L.A. at night, I was half-asleep watching The Lake House (Keanu Reeves & Sandra Bullock) without sound, listening to chill music.
