An empiricist dad who is concerned his children are going to inherit a diminished future.
The question I have for conservatives is this... For decades now I have heard you talk about "illegal aliens". But now that you have elected a felon who immediately pardoned other felons, including violent criminals and drug dealers... what don't you understand about illegal?

Using the law to tax citizens and then hand the money to churches is bad enough. Privatization also leads to a loss of oversight. Public Institutions are generally easy to monitor. Public Institutions also can't participate in a feedback loop of lax oversight in return for campaign contributions.

That dude has really bad luck choosing pen pals.

They also need to stop bashing people because they are young.

Saddam Hussein had the same idea when he invaded Kuwait.

What is worse... is that Social Security is a separate fund. It's funded by payroll taxes that only working people pay. It won't reduce federal discretionary spending if it's cut.

It's fascinating how Trump hasn't even taken office yet, and things are already quickly falling into complete chaos.

The public has a perverse view of Government that borders on paranoia. And it's a view that has been cultivated both online and in the popular media. The misconceptions, the imagined waste and incompetence, the lack of trust and appreciation.... it's rampant and corrosive.

These people are a danger to America. They are either insane or working for America's enemies.

In England, they don't have insurance companies profiting from increased misery.

I like the part where RFK extolled the virtues of heroin. It's particularly galling that he is anti-vax, but pro-opioid. Particularly since more than 560,000 people in the United States have died from overdoses involving opioids since the opioid epidemic began.

He seems to have taken over. Has there been any JD Vance sightings?

I look at it the other way around... Dressing up far right wing politics in the trappings of religion.

They want socialized religion.

He just noticed the difference between a for profit system and a nationalized single payer system?

A better metaphor might be the Bonfire of the Vanities. In 1497, in Florence, a Dominican friar led an attack on things he found to be 'occasions of sin', burning works of art, books and musical instruments. The friar in question, G. Savonarola, was placed in power by Lorenzo de' Medici. Mistake.

One thing Billionaires hate: Governments spending money that nobody is profiting from. They will shift Social Security to the stock market. It will mean a $2.86 trillion injection into wall street. How they will do it is a head scratcher.

Why are 'Christians' like Candace suddenly weaponizing religion against democracy and republicanism?

This is an example of a push poll; suggestive questions that "push" the reader toward adopting an unfavorable response. Examples of Chronic Illness include Heart Disease, Cancer, and Diabetes. Chronic illnesses are illnesses that vaccinations don't currently target.

It's not just young people. I am all for banning single use plastics.

Even if it did work, it would take 25 years. I bet less than 5% of manufacturing actually moves even over the very long term.
