I had an actual therapist tell me that I would feel bad after my mother was gone for cutting my mother off and not speaking to her. I told her I will feel as bad as my mother feels now for making my life miserable. She did not have a response to that!

It’s not you……. I still remember the year my mom made inedible dressing and we could finally admit she had peaked a couple years prior. Food been steadily going downhill ever since 😞
