As a person with neck and back problems, I’m so sorry you threw out your back! I hope it feels better quickly.

Hopefully I can fall back asleep soon. It’s hard to not think of all the years I was dismissed or treated like crap when I was bringing up actual problems that were happening. I just couldn’t get them to freaking listen and it was easier to believe I was lying and drug seeking.

I feel like shit after doing all the shit I’ve been doing and PT makes me worse. A walk would be nice but I CAN’T without an aid.

And it involves my spinal cord, they had that cap on me so I have hop in my hair, lol. But yeah, my left side has decided to join in on the fuckery. He said things like this are usually hereditary but I don’t have any history of this in my family. He even showed me the delay and signal.
