despite it, i think color dodge in of itself can be utilized drastically; especially in the context of light- so go experiment and see what you can come up with!

(actually was going to say it made a huge difference, but its just slight lol)
honestly i just experimented with it especially when i added contrasting colors!
bloom (like almost always) helped with the addition layers as well
