We fried plantains🍌 yesterday w the pork chops, fried green bananas, their not regular bananas. But it was delicious. The green chicken was wonderful.

In the summer, I hatched them myself and froze them. We had left over pork chops, cut them up added rice & beans & cheese. It was my first meal. I might need another, it was small. Gatorade, water, Fresca. Oh I lied, had a piece of provolone fir lunch i guess 🤣
