In Kassala today to meet some of the 60,000 Sudanese who have fled their homes to the province. Sudan is a crisis of staggering proportions, which demands the world’s urgent attention. We need their call for protection to be heard.

A grim milestone. We need to do better at protecting humanitarians as they seek to protect those they serve.
