Other than that, just stressing about the farm, missing dad, and comparing myself to others really did some damage. Still does. But thankfully I've got some wonderful friends and people I know that worry about me

I know I'm not a "bad" person. But socially bad, yeah, that fits. Small talk, vanilla, no personality, etc. and again, people rarely message me first. Time is hard to make, I get that, but regardless time is limited. And when it days become weeks and then months. It gets lonely quick

And it unfortunately results in voices in my head talking me down further. And feeling reinforced by reality.
-No messages=no one wants to talk
-No one wanting to talk=no one liking me
-No one liking me=me being bad to be around

Slippery slope but again, I'm wrong in the head

But pulling back the curtain, I don't really have IRL friends. I have one maybe two. So online socialization is my primary means of talking. And when I'm trying to talk and no one/very few listen...

I know I'm not right in the head. Whatever the reason, I'm not and it's permanent.

Happened with a few people. Won't name but it hurts. That was definitely the start of the episode. But to add to it, a lot of people I've been trying to get in touch with just don't respond anymore. Whether busy or avoiding me or otherwise idk.

I know cons are busy but man when I haven't seen you in a while/first time meeting, and nobody can make time for me? That kills. That to me is the definition of unwanted. Disposable. And why shouldn't I feel that way? Especially when I'm making the effort to meet

Biggest thing I think that started the whole depression surge is megaplex. What's a good con just felt really like a letdown. Not cons fault, just the people there. People I was looking forward to seeing and hanging with just did "hi byes" and they were okay with that
