This is the last I heard. It's an expansion of what was a crypto mining farm. The whole bankruptcy, financing, company buying thing seems sketch.

There is a ton being installed on an old factory in my Appalachian mountain town that doesn't have power, water or sewer and won't anytime soon.

They are retro-fitting an old factory here. Building out out before the power, sewer and water resources are in place.
And the town they sat they plan to get out from can't manage their own water and sewage.
