Why did I start FART?

I picked up running 3 years ago due to a local running community. It has brought me so much joy.

I want to support as many people as possible that may be starting their journey!

RUNNING TIP TUESDAY: Strength Train 1-2x/week. 2 is likely better, but not if you can’t make it fit your schedule. Start with 1 session and week and then see if you can build to 2.

Why?

Increased Bone Density ⬆️
Reduced Injury Risk ⬇️
Increased Running Efficiency ⬆️
