I get your point. But in the same token, I would rather have the tactile response when I am driving. I would rather know exactly where a button or knob is, that way I don’t have to look and just adjust as I go.

No, I haven’t owned a Tesla. I have test driven it, amongst other EVs and due to variety of factors landed on a different car. One of the primary reasons was the lack of buttons and knobs in the Tesla (and the build quality). The buttons issue is also the same as mustang mach-e.

Audi offered us a Q4 for a weekend when we were considering an EV. There were some stipulations (I think there was a km limit) but we were able to drive that far for 3 days and brought it back to them.

They had it listed as a demo car, and I have seen them being sold as such later
