Doing a new release of Lily (programming language) for the first time in years was nice. Hard to believe the first commit was almost a decade and a half ago (7/10/2011). Thinking about doing an AMA on Sunday. I miss doing those.

Been having issues with my computer (Linux) periodically locking up for a second or two while scrolling (Firefox). Started a little while ago. I think I've fixed it now by uninstalling rtkit. Weird.

I am also *incredibly* hyped for 2025 in gaming. My Steam wishlist is *stacked* with what look to be knockout hits coming out next year.

Before 2024 ends, I wanna say that I overall liked Threads of Fate. There's rough parts: Short music loops, sometimes sketch platforming. The characters though? They totally make that. Love watching Mint interact with dang near anyone.

Every time I start Star Ocean 4 I am utterly baffled at the decision to include a fake window decorations in the game that cannot be removed. Why does this exist?
